During her time at The New Center, Julia has focused on infrastructure policy, social policy, and government reform. Her previous work experience ranges from lobbying to nonprofit law. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis with friends, watching and practicing stand-up comedy, and eating breakfast foods. She graduated from Harvard in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in government and a secondary in psychology.
