Julia joined The New Center as a Policy Analyst in 2018. She covers social policy, government reform, and other domestic policy topics. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis with friends, performing stand-up comedy, and cooking. She spent four years on the women's varsity lightweight rowing team at Harvard and graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in government and a secondary in psychology. She will start law school at Georgetown in the fall of 2022.
